Scholarship applications will be accepted from Sept. 20th - Nov. 30th, and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.

​

SCHOLARSHIPS WILL BE AWARDED IN
MID-DECEMBER.  If not initially awarded a scholarship, you will automatically be placed on a waitlist.

​

Full Scholarship includes retreat registration, lodging, all meals and events AT NO COST TO YOU.

​

Partial Scholarship includes retreat registration, lodging, all meals and events for a reduced cost of $175 (you will only be asked to pay if you are awarded).

​

Transportation to and from the retreat is not included with scholarships.  However, the Planning Committee organizes a carpool board for connecting those in need of transportation with available rides and carpool opportunities.

​

Applicants may only apply for one of the two scholarship types (not both!).

 

Please apply only if you have genuine financial hardship.

APPLYING FOR A SCHOLARSHIP DOES NOT GUARANTEE A SPOT AT THE RETREAT.
