There are two main differences this year:

​

1. Credit card processing is now done through Zeffy and it will add a fee to the overall registration.  You can edit this to be zero dollars, but it will default to a percentage of the overall total of your registration.  We use Zeffy because it is designed for non-profit organizations.

​

2. Everyone will need to register individually.  Zeffy creates an invite and QR code for each registration and that will be used when you arrive to the retreat to sign you in. If you are coming with a partner or friend, EACH person will need to register.  If you make the choice of a double occupancy hotel room, you can list your roommate but you will EACH need to register and list the other person as your roommate.

Prices for Winter Awakening 2025 - All prices include lodging, meals, activities and registration fees for the entire weekend.

• Double Occupancy Hotel Room - $425 per person

• Single Occupancy Hotel Room - $799 per person

• Registration Fee - $30 per person
